1. The Children are Number One.
- Every child deserves a proper education
- Every child is capable of learning, and will do so in their own way
- Thoroughly understand our pupils and parents by being responsive to their need
- Provide a challenging curriculum and high standard of academic education to our pupils
- Develop, innovate, and update our educational offerings by making use of new and updated teaching methods and technologies
2. Continuously Improve Staff Quality
- Grow from within by providing training to teaching assistants, teachers, and other staff to improve their teaching skills and administrative skills.
- Create open lines of communication amongst staff and management
- Encourage teachers to exceed annual curriculum objectives
3. Develop an Environment of Mutual Respect for Pupils, Staff and Parents
- Encourage co-operation amongst pupils, staff, and parents
- Allow all parties the ability to express their concerns and ideas in an open non-threatening environment
- Allow people with a diverse background and opinions to work together with mutual respect, tolerance and compassion
4. Develop Cultural Awareness
- Develop an appreciation for the arts, science, environment, history and culture of Sierra Leone
5. Efficiently use Educational Resources
- Manage school resources in a responsible manner
- Deliver a quality educational experience as effectively and efficiently as possible
